Much Is Required......
And I have been given oh so much. The Lord has given us another blessing, entrusted another soul to our keeping. This is the greatest calling I could ever have. For it is my responsibility (and John's) to show this child the way to heaven. To teach her the truths of God's Word above all else. I don't care if she never attends a dance class, never hits a home run, never cheers on a cheerleading team, never wins a crown for strutting herself across a stage for all to judge. I want her first love to be attending the house of God, worshiping His name, and striving for heaven. I want her to fall in love with Holiness and holy living and throw herself into his work 100%. These are the dreams I have for my beautiful daughter. Maybe one day she will translate the Bible into a language never before read for some remote Indian tribe, or tend to motherless children in an orphanage running short on love. I pray God never let me forget what an awesome responsibility He has given me. Let me start now praying for her to be used of God in any way He wants. I give her back to Him to use her however he pleases to further His kingdom.

Amen, sister! My prayers for my children are the same. She is beautiful and I will pray God will give you the wisdom to train and nurture her up in the ways of God. I'm so happy for ya'll.
